Taking Time Yourself

No matter who we are, sometimes we need to just take a walk or a ride. Taking time yourself almost feels selfish to some. I know it does me. I feel I have so many things to do why should I deserve and so on and so forth.

Don't let guilt keep you from a little time to yourself. We all deserve a set of time to get to know ourselves. Enjoy the things we enjoy doing. It brings happiness and joy into our lives. No matter what you are doing, mostly working probably, taking care of elderly loved ones or maybe a group of your own kids. So many examples its crazy.

My Time to Myself

My quick history is, I live with both of my parents. I am truly blessed to still have them with me, but taking care of them and being a caregiver is tiring sometimes. There is never a dull moment.

Then, there is my grandson Mason who I keep while  his mommy and daddy work. He keeps me going as well.

The other day I finally got to take an evening ride by myself. I drove to the boat docks and took some sunset pics. I thought I would share them with you!

Here are a few more for you.

It was gorgeous out there. Just as I was leaving and the area got dark, the fish started biting! Had to leave though lol Blessed with the beautiful sundown, Lake Lanier!

When is the Last Time....

When was the last time you got to get away and do something that really makes you happy? I absolutely love to paint and it will come out in here. I am not the best, but I am learning 🙂

I haven't been able to in quite a while, so I am currently trying to figure out how to make a to go painting box! I would love to be at the same spot where I captured those sunset photos and been painting instead.

So, When was the last time that you got away to do something similar?  Everyone has something they love to do. Bring happiness into your lives. Maybe you just love being outside, running, tech geek, gamer and so many more to name. Some of us forgot to take the time out!

Reset the Battery

My little trip to get the sunset pictures was a wonderful reset for my Battery. It helped give me time to think, get my balance back, determine the next day. However, it gave me so much more than that. It gave me the beauty that we have in this world and we are flying by in life so fast we fail to enjoy it.

Taking time yourself will give you a chance to reset that battery as well.

Why this post today.... hmmmm

I was feeling like I talk so techie all the time, I thought I would just talk 🙂
